Blades Recall Two Forwards

After recalling defenseman Tanner Sohn yesterday, the Blades have added two more reserves today.

Austin Daae has been recalled from the Moose Jaw Generals. Brett Stovin has been recalled from the Winnipeg Blues.

Both players have had their midget seasons end, and it will be a good chance to have those guys join the team for practice on a regular basis. The Blades also suffered a pair of injuries in last night's win over Moose Jaw. Jake Trask took a hit to the head early in the first period. Ryan Olsen fell awkwardly into the boards in the third period. Neither player returned and no update has been provided as of noon today.

According to the Moose Jaw Generals website, Daae had 45 points in 22 games. That included 18 goals.

According to the Winnipeg Blues website, Stovin had 15 points in 27 games this season.
