Blades' Siemens Highlights WHL Invitees To WJHC Camp

Thirteen WHL players in total have been invited to Team Canada's summer World Junior evaluation camp.

Saskatoon Blades defenseman Duncan Siemens is included in the group of 46 players overall. Camp goes August 3rd-7th in Edmonton and Fort McMurray, Alberta.

The other WHL invitees are as follows:

Tyler Bunz - G, Medicine Hat

Joe Morrow - D, Portland

Ryan Murray - D, Everett

Mark Pysyk - D, Edmonton

Brett Connolly - FW, Prince George

Brendan Gallagher - FW, Vancouver

Patrick Holland - FW, Tri City

Quinton Howden - FW, Moose Jaw

Ryan Johansen - FW, Portland

Ryan Nugent-Hopkins - FW, Red Deer

Ty Rattie - FW, Portland

Mark Stone - FW, Brandon


The only two WHL players that are included in this list that played in the tourney last year are Brett Connolly and Quinton Howden.
